These Terms cover your use of the Whiteretreat website and any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Minimum age

This website and our resort welcome only adult guests aged 18 and over. Confirming your age on the entry page means you state that this applies to you. Photographic identification may be asked for on arrival.

3. Bookings and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and confirmation.
• Amounts are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be extra.
• A valid credit card must guarantee each reservation. The full balance is collected on departure unless we agree otherwise.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Guest behaviour

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set up at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the environment safe. Liability on our side is limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Whiteretreat or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This site may include links to third-party websites. We accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms follow the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
